Where phasing makes staying possible, we plan the sequence of work around your household from the start, so you always know what to expect and when.
How long does a full home renovation take?

Design and documentation come first, so that construction proceeds from complete drawings rather than improvisation — which is precisely what keeps timelines honest.
Do you work with our contractor, or bring your own?

Both. If you have a builder you trust, Vivian works alongside them fluently — she has spent twenty years on job sites and speaks their language. If you don't, she can introduce contractors from a network built over two decades of Main Line renovations, and manage the relationship on your behalf either way.
